Sometimes you need a little help to realise who you are and what you need to bring into your live to make you feel you are truly living. Having someone to talk to may be all the help you need.  To share your worries can release much of your fears and make you self aware.

Welcome to the Dawn of Hope Therapy Centre, my name is Catherine Fox and I am a qualified and experienced therapist.  I have spent over 16 years as a practicing therapist and in this time I have established a safe place for people from all walks of life to overcome obstacles and realise their true self.
