The Easy Childbirth Programme is specially designed method of deep relaxation, allowing an expectant mother to be calm and completely relaxed during labour relieving any pain or anxiety throughout and removing the need for chemical anaesthetic or epidural intervention.
My specially designed Easy Childbirth Programme comes in four stages:
Stage 1: Deep Relaxation
This is your first session and is usually attended by both mother and partner. Any questions, fears or worries will be answered in this session where both parents will learn deep relaxation methods and receive a CD to take home and listen to each day.
Stage 2: Anaesthesia
This session is attended only by the mother to be where she will be taught methods of self hypnosis and learn how to anaesthetise herself so that she feels no pain but full movement. This is a deep relaxation session and the CD received should be listened to each day and practiced until mother to be can do it without CD.
Stage 3: Easy Birthing
This session is one of deep relaxation techniques along with suggestions to help client visualise and give birth with ease and calm. The CD you will take home should be listened to each day.
Stage 4: Labour Day
This being your last session, you will be well practiced in methods of deep relaxation from the use of the programme CDs. Together we check all questions and make sure that you understand how to use everything you have learned. You will receive a final CD which contains music with subliminal Easy Childbirth messages. You will not use this CD until you are 100% sure you are in full labour. You also receive a letter for the Midwife to explain that you have completed a course in Easy Birthing and for this reason you may be further on in labour than you initially appear.
Result: Expectant mothers who complete my Easy Childbirth Programme can look forward to a labour day free from chemical anaesthetic or epidural intervention, where any pain that may normally be experienced during labour is controlled and eliminated through the power of the mind and the tools learned throughout the Easy Birthing Programme
Price: €280 for 7½ hours
Each session costs €70 and lasts 90 minutes with a free Easy Childbirth CD to take home. As an added bonus, I offer all Easy Childbirth participants a FREE of charge 90 minute post-natal healing session. Note: there is no extra charge for a partner to take part in Stage 1.
