• Meditiation 1 Day Workshop

Throughout the year I hold one day workshops as an introduction to meditation. These day courses are a great introduction into methods and techniques of relaxation, focus and goal setting.

The courses are conveniently timed at weekends and are a perfect introduction for those considering taking part in longer worshops such as the 6 week "Meditation for Focus" class which will help you fine tune and perfect what you learn over a 6 week period.

The 1 day course covers the following topics:

• Power of You! Self Hypnosis

The Power of You! Self Hypnosis course is one of the newest short courses that I offer. The workshops is offered over a full day 10am to 5pm and aims to cover the following topics:

• Over coming fears & phobias
  
• Finding the safe place within
• Weight loss techniques

• Intuitive Healing
  

 

At the Dawn of Hope Therapy Centre and other organised locations I regularly hold workshops in Intuitive healing. These workshops are set out into four levels:

 

Level 1: Pre-Beginners

This is for the total novice who knows nothing what so ever about healing or

Energy but are interested in finding out more information about it.

This workshop aims to cover the following topics:

• Healing Energy what is it?
• Learning to use the 7 senses
• How to see the Aura
• The power of intentions
• Meditation
• Finding your own unique healing energy
• Using the gold, silver & violet flame
• Shifting your perception
• Hands on healing methods
• Learning to look after your energy field

Level 2: Beginners

This is for anyone who knows a little about energy or are experiencing the healing energy in their hands or heart and would like to know how to use and develop it properly

Level 3: Intermediate

This is for anyone who has already trained in some form of healing therapy, or who has completed level one.

Level 4: Advanced

This is for the advanced healer who has done either level one and two of intuitive healing, or they are experienced working in the healing, or holistic field.

• A Day with the Angels
  

A Day with the Angels is a one day workshop held on weekends helping you to understand and connect with angels. The course takes 6 hours and costs between €50 - €80 per person (depending on venue)

• Healing with the Angels
• Why we need our Angels?
• Guidance from the Angels
• Getting to know your personal Angels

As with all of the other one day courses, this workshop is perfectly can be organised as a tailor-made private workshop between yourself and some friends or family. Private workshops have set costs and work out at great value if you can get a larger group together

• Angelic Regression Workshop

These workshops are given with my colleague Aidan Storey, an internationally renowned angelic healer. Aidan and I share these workshops as we make a good combination and work well together as Aidan brings in an extra angelic energy. Aidan holds the angelic energy throughout the room and the group while I carry out regression with the group. This is an interesting workshop, held in a safe and loving environment.

 

Often you will find a past life connection to people you are attracted to and do not know why. For example, a relationship that is non-nurturing or destructive, yet you find yourself magnetically drawn to that person - this can often relate to past life ties and visiting that lifetime through regression can give you an insight and helps you let go of the connection in a safe way through healing. Also fears, phobias and pains that are very real but not showing up in medical tests or reacting to medication from the doctor, can be a result of issues stemming from past life events. Finding the cause can often clear the problem, so working with past life regression is a very valuable tool to help you in your present life.
