Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is when we listen to a clients issues and analyse the problem with them, using different techniques to help  release the emotions they are experiencing,  and create a feeling of strength through listening skills and guidance.

During psychotherapy, the client hopes to learn about their condition and moods, feelings, thoughts and behaviours, and how to take control of them. I hope to provide that safe space for clients to feel free without judgement to release their inner most fears and worries. We all have hidden and obvious  programming from our child hood and life according to how we perceive ourselves, Psychotherapy can help you explore those beliefs and create new ones to clear and strengthen your life as you move forward.

Talking is the key and the skill of the psychotherapist creates a framework to tackle the issues involved, tracing the events of their lives and bringing attention to the events that may have created the problem no matter how small.

Carl Jung said

Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word happy would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness. It is far better to take things as they come along with patience and equanimity.”
