EFT

EFT is Emotional Freedom Technique, this is a tapping on the face and hands on meridian points. EFT is often referred to as Acupuncture without needles

The client works with me in pin pointing an anxiety, worry, physical pain or a deep seated fear. I ask the client to tell me what the issue is, where they feel it in their body, and how strong it feels. we create a picture in our mind of the scene and then we begin to tap on certain points on the face and hands. Each time we do a round of tapping the issue gets less and less and after a couple of rounds we are beginning to see where the problem comes from, and the client no longer feel the stress or worries.

I use EFT for all my clients, I have worked with people with deep emotional fears, post traumatic stress, shock, anxiety and many other problems. I use EFT mainly with my clients who are traumatised from an issue or accident  from the past or the present. it works beautifully with  stress management and self esteem, grief and bereavement, illness of any kind

A client can learn EFT in under 5 mins and the beauty of it all is they can use it daily at home or in a situation that worries them, clearing all fears and worries, the client begins to feel confident and free and in control of their own problems. EFT is freedom to change.
